• Insist that your bank require 2-person authorization for any cash transfers, ACH, wire transfers, etc.
• Only do online banking on a dedicated firewalled computer only used for online banking
• The online banking computer must ONLY be used for accessing ONLY the banking web site – no Microsoft Office, Outlook, email, or any other applications should be installed on that computer
• The online banking computer must have all the latest Operating System updates, patches, and security components
• The online banking computer must have current industry-standard anti-virus configured
• The online banking computer must have an anti-key-logger program configured
• You must use STRONG passwords - and keep them a SECRET

Be aware that recent court decisions have all favored the banks. Therefore companies that are victims of these attacks have lost Millions of dollars, forcing many of them to go out of business!
