Volume
If the volume is low, use your keyboard arrow "UP" key to raise the media player volume.

Stand-Alone Player
If the web browser plug-in is not working properly, you should be able to listen to the webcast by using the Windows Media Player software.

Microsoft Windows Media Player software is available for Mac (OS 8.1–OS 9.x and OS X) and Windows-based PCs (Windows NT4, Windows 95–Windows XP).

To download, install and use the Stand-Alone Player:

  1. Visit the Microsoft Windows Media Dowload Center to download the free Media Player software.
  2. Install the software according to instructions.
  3. Restart your computer if prompted to do so.
  4. Return to this page and click this link: Patriots Media Player link.
  5. The Media Player will open and begin playing the game webcast.

FAQ and Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing difficulty in using the Microsoft Windows Media Player:

  • Volume: Ensure that the volume on your computer and speakers is turned up. Be sure that you are connected during gametime. The audio is only available during the game.
  • Can't Playback Audio Stream: Be sure that you are connected during gametime. The audio is only available during the game.
  • Playback stops or pauses: If the player stops or goes into a wait mode, stop and restart the player.

Due to contractual and legal issues, the Somerset Patriots cannot broadcast commercials over the Internet between innings. Instead of commercials, we eventually plan to play Patriots promotions between innings. Thank you for your understanding and continued support of the Somerset Patriots.
