Carlos addressed the issue understanding i was at a standstill til the problem got resolved. he helped ensure that items were backed incase a new laptop was needed if the power button becomes a persistent problem.

To whom it may concern, Kevin Diaz did an amazing job correcting software issues on three (3) of my work PCs! I had issues with my SKM software and VPN and he fixed everything. His work enabled me to work more efficiently, timely, and with better results. Awesome job!!!
